Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects both children and adults. It affects attention, impulse control, and emotional regulation, which makes it difficult to stay focused or organized. ADHD is not a lack of motivation to do tasks. It is a difference in how the brain manages focus and executive function.
Headspace Wellness Clinic provides psychiatric evaluation and medication-based treatment for people with ADHD in an outpatient setting. Care is available through in-person visits and secure telepsychiatry.
ADHD is not only about inattention, but it is also a hurricane of executive dysfunction. It makes it difficult for you to start tasks, complete what you begin, stay organized, or regulate your emotional responses. In a report from 2022, ADHD affects about 11.4% of U.S. children (aged 3–17).
The mental health professionals at Headspace Wellness Clinic understand the struggle to complete a task, missed deadlines, emotional overwhelm, and persistent mental fatigue. Our focus is on identifying what is interfering with daily functioning and developing personalized treatment accordingly.

Struggling to Start or Finish Tasks? Let’s Find Relief
ADHD is not a character flaw or a discipline issue, and we understand this. If your child is struggling at school or if symptoms are disturbing your normal functioning, we can help you regain control.
We accept all major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
What should I expect from the first visit?
Expect a detailed conversation. Our providers will ask questions about attention patterns, daily functioning, emotional regulation, sleep, medical history, and prior treatment.
Do you treat adult ADHD?
Yes. We evaluate and treat ADHD in adults, adolescents, and children.
How do I know if ADHD is actually the problem?
Most patients come in because their child can't focus or has emotional regulation or consistency issues. Our provider will use evidence screening and ask questions to find out if it is ADHD or something else. If it’s not ADHD, we say that clearly and explain why.
